Directing Our Thoughts

Often, we draw conclusions about whether a situation is good or bad based on what we feel about that situation or our expectations of that situation. Yet, I can think of countless occasions when a seemingly bad situation turned out to be even better than I imagined later.

We have a choice. The choice to stop labeling things as good or bad, to stop and take a deep breath and say “it’s not good or bad, it just is… I trust that whatever happens always happens for my highest good”

Because when we think something is bad, we feel bad and when that happens we send out that energy into the world and attract more of it. We all know of the saying “whatever we give out, we get back tenfold.” Guess what? When we give out negative vibes, we get that back multiplied.

So many of us are not aware of how powerful our thoughts are and we often waste these thoughts on things we shouldn’t’t be bothered about. After all, the only thing we have control over is our thoughts, why not direct it in the direction that can serve us best?

These are thoughts I like to carry:

  • Life is good
  • I am always taken care of
  • I am surrounded by good, supportive people
  • Everything I need is provided for me at the right time
  • All is well
  • Everything and everyone prospers me now
  • I am blessed
